In 2015, the Amici di Bologna Committee, in agreement with Johns Hopkins SAIS Europe, decided to start using the net proceeds from the annual editions of the Symposium and Celebration to establish a fellowship to benefit SAIS students both in Bologna and in Washington, DC.
