Due to Covid restrictions, registration must be completed in advance to guarantee compliance with Italian regulations. Please note that on-site registration will not be possible.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact sais.eu.alumni@jhu.edu. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

Refund	Cancellation date
100%	until April 18 at 23:59 CEST
50%	from April 19 to May 23 at 23:59 CEST
20%	from May 24 to June 2 at 23:59 CEST
0%	no refund available after June 2 at 23:59 CEST

If the event is cancelled by the school a full refund will be available upon request.
