Amici di Bologna Fellowship
The 2015 edition of the
Amici di Bologna Symposium and Celebration was an outstanding success, not only in terms of attendance with some 270 registered participants, but also for the record net surplus that was generated by the sponsorships and the revenues from the onsite silent auctions. Thanks to the generosity of alumni and friends, the proceeds were used to support the first
Alumni meet Students panel held in Washington,DC in April 2016, as well as eight new fellowships for academic year 2016-17. Four fellowship recipients are first-year students at SAIS Europe and four are bona fide
Bolognesi who are completing their degrees in Washington, DC.
The 1st year Amici di Bologna Fellowship recipients are:
Castro Amponsah-Yeboah (Ghana)
Mona Damian (Germany/Australia)
Khrystian Pereira (Brazil)
Melanie Snail (USA)
The 2nd year Amici di Bologna Fellowship recipients are:
Fatima Al Zahra Hewaidi (Libya/Canada)
Ulla-Stina Henttonen (Finland)
