Activities & After Party9th Annual Amici di Bologna Celebration and Symposium TOURS and ACTIVITIES  Saturday, October 29 Artisan and Designer Market Walking Tour of Lower Manhattan with Karen Seiger (B'89/DC /'90), author and editor of www.MarketsofNewYork.com, an online guide to the best artisan, Farmer, Food & Flea Markets. The Tour will start at the Pompeii Artisan Market, followed by St. Anthony's Market on Houston Street, the Nolita Market on Prince Street, and ending at The Market NYC on Broadway in Soho. These markets feature dozens of successful and talented creative entrepreneurs who sell the products they make directly to their clients on the streets of New York City. Enjoy vendor discounts along the way on behalf of the markets and artisans. 1:30PM - 4PM. Meet on the southeast corner of Bleecker Street and Leroy Street in Greenwich Village. Free. Sunday, October 30 Guided tour of the September 11 Memorial Plaza and entry into the 9/11 Tribute Center, the private museum founded by the 9/11 Families Association, with volunteer tour-guide Karen Seiger (B'89, '90). The tour is 75 minutes long outside on the World Trade Center Memorial Plaza. Admission includes entry into the Tribute Center - 9/11 Families Association Museum; the museum generally takes 30 minutes at your own pace. Time is 2:00 pm and cost is $25.
